PIPEX NetMail

PIPEX NetMail PIPEX NetMail allows you to manage your email account from any Internet connected PC anywhere in the world. Using any standard web browser you can have full and uncompromised access to your existing PIPEX Dial email account.

Available at no additional cost, NetMail enables you to securely read, reply and even compose new emails on-line. We have also included extra facilities such as personalised folders, address book and spell checking facilities.

To help you use PIPEX NetMail more effectively we have provided a 'New User Guide' which will give you a useful introduction to the PIPEX NetMail Services. More detailed information can be found within the 'Support' help pages.

We recommend you take a few minutes reading the PIPEX NetMail 'New User Guide' before logging in to the NetMail Email Management facility.

You can also access further information by clicking the icon next to key areas of the NetMail service. Simply click on the icon and a brief explanation of that facility will appear.

In a time where hacking and cyber theft is seemingly increasing, it can be all too easy to over look the security implications of remotely accessing your private email. Fortunately this is an area you don't have to worry about. PIPEX NetMail is protected by the very latest in SSL (secure Socket Layer Security) and 128-bit encryption technology to ensure your information is kept safe.

Once you are at the Log in screen access is easy, all you need to do is type in the user name and password of any one of the twelve email boxes you have available and then click the 'Log in' button.

When logging in you must enter your mailbox username and associated password in lower case, your username must be entered in the following format zzz99%dial.pipex.com

Caution: Most WWW browsers use a page cache. If the emails you are reading are private and you are not at your own computer, then delete the contents of the "Temporary Internet Files" folder, and make sure to remove any files in the "Recycle bin".
