PIPEX Dial Business Account

The Business Account is a new way to easily pay for multiple PIPEX Dial subscriptions. It combines a straightforward, single monthly payment to cover all subscriptions with an on-line account management system. It offers new levels of convenience and flexibility, with significant cost savings compared with the single user subscription rate.

There is just one payment each month for all accounts that are used throughout your department or organisation.
It is easy to add and remove users' accounts as your requirements change.
There are no subscription renewals to attend to.
There is no minimum contract period.
You gain access to an on-line system so that you can monitor both the number of accounts and your monthly expenditure.
The monthly payment method is suitable for use with the new Global Roaming service.
You get discounts that automatically increase as the number of users increase.

How the Business Account works

If you are a new customer, choose the Business Account option when ordering Internet access for a number of your users. Alternatively, if you are an existing customer with a number of PIPEX Dial subscriptions, contact PIPEX Sales on 0845 077 2537 and we will let you know how to replace your current payment arrangements.

A monthly payment arrangement will be set up. Subscriptions will normally be collected by Direct Debit or Credit Card.

You get to select the date on which you would like us to collect the subscriptions, and your password for accessing the on-line administration system.

If you subsequently add more users, their subscriptions can be easily added to your monthly payment. Access is provided free of charge from the date on which each subscription starts, until the next monthly payment date.

A monthly VAT statement will be posted to you, listing all active accounts.

You may cancel any individual subscription at any time, allowing up to 28 days notice.

Pricing

Discounts off the single user rate are available for more than 20 subscriptions.
